Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

A perfect way to get acquainted with Mindfulness! A short introduction is followed by walking in nature, noble silence, the sounds and smells of nature. By using our senses, we slowly come to our senses. Afterwards you will continue your day feeling fresher, lighter and more balanced.
