  • MBSR In-house: the official accredited MBSR program in 8 weekly sessions, offered at your own premises for optimal convenience and time-efficiency.
  • Team/Group Events: Events that will have the effect of a ‘reset-button’: a break from frantic office-life that will bring the focus back on what really matters. For example: a Rainbow Walk in nature, workshops on Mindful Communication, Mindful Time-Management or tailor-made solutions depending on the challenges of your team.
  • Mindful Eating Am I Hungry?® – In-house: This award-winning, 8-week Program, by Dr. Michelle May is a non-diet approach, designed to help re-establish a healthy relationship with food. It will give employees that are struggling with weight issues and/ or unhealthy eating habits the tools and support to change their habits around food and learn to eat mindfully.
  • Lunch Break Mindfulness: weekly, 45 minute-sessions during the lunch break (short Input – Practice – Tip for the Week)

for INDIVIDUALS

  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR):
    an 8-week course to help employees and leaders cope better with stress and difficult emotions and gain more awareness regarding their impulses and responses in critical situations
  • Tailor-made Mindful Leadership Coaching.
