Mindfulness has proven to optimize health, at all levels: body, mind and soul. This means it has the potency to not only bring more clarity of mind and emotional balance but also, to reduce blood-pressure, strengthen the immune system and support regeneration of tissues up to rejuvenation!

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program has proven to be very effective in increasing abilities to cope with stress, depression, anxiety, sleeping disorders and chronical illnesses and –pain (e.g. diabetes, MS, heart conditions), and a recommendable measure to support psychotherapy.

  • Ask your health insurance if they can contribute to the costs.

  • Talk to your general practitioner and/or psychotherapist about MBSR. If he or she not familiar with MBSR yet: I’m happy to offer a complimentary info-session.
