Rainbow Refresh is, like MBSR, an 8-week program. Instead of a live session, however, you will be able to follow this program from the comfort of your home, or wherever you are. It consists of the following:
- Weekly links to video’s around the topic of Mindfulness and conscious living
- Weekly blogs and excerpts from books
- Homework assignments like guided meditations for daily practice (incl. mp3’s), and checklists to investigate your experience
- Tips for journaling your experiences
- A weekly online group-session in which you can get answers to any questions you may have, and exchange your experience with other participants
This package can be supplemented with weekly individual 30 minute sessions with me, for an additional fee.
