You’re happily invited for a complimentary Rainbow Workshop with a glass of Wine (or Water). During this session you’ll have the opportunity to assess your relationship with food. You will get familiar with the non diet approach of  Mindful Eating and get new insights regarding how it can change your health and wellbeing. Mind You: this could be your way out of yoyo-dieting and obsessing with food! On top of this, We will take a look at what else you can expect in the upcoming Winter Season.
