We live in a frantic world. Our Body and Mind need a break every now and then. To recover and regenerate. To prepare for what is to come. Join me on a Mindfulness Walk. Let’s slow down to a more natural pace: our footstep. Accept nature’s always outstanding invitation to rejoice in a feast for the senses.

During this walk you will get an introduction on Mindfulness, we will be paying attention to the outer and our inner world, we’ll be walking in silence for a little while, and you’ll be guided through several mindfulness exercises.
