This is really your time. You decide what’s on the agenda. Perhaps you simply want to be open to what we encounter on our path, to what arises in the moment? Or shall I guide you through a walking meditation? All of the above? You choose!
Together we will explore your inner territory and the outer territory – I will show you one of my favourite natural hideouts, a well-kept secret…
One thing is for sure: this walk will leave you feeling refreshed and more at peace with yourself and the world.

Too late or too early?
Is 8:00 am not a good time for you? Please contact me if you prefer 7:00 am or 9:00 am or anything in between and I’ll see if I can accommodate your request on that particular day ;-). Evening walks are an option as well.
Info and Tips:
- The walk will take approximately one hour
- Make sure to wear shoes that have a good profile, preferably water resistant
- Dress leisurely and according to the weather conditions of the day
- You may want to bring a note pad to take some notes, during or after the coaching.
