Mindful Silent Sunday
The Holiday Season often turns out to be a frantic time in which it can be difficult to keep our head cool and focus on the things that really matter. This Silent Sunday can help you to return to a state of relaxation and tranquility and to recharge your batteries so you can show up as your best self.
You will be guided through the day, practicing a range of mindfulness-exercises in noble silence. Give yourself permission to reconnect with yourself and come to peace. Become aware what is asking your attention by focusing on whatever shows up in the field of your awareness, without any judgement. Bodyscan, walking meditation, Yoga, Loving Kindness and Self-compassion are som of the aspects we’ll be paying attention to. Be welcome!
