Lake SUP Meditation
Brüggli Zug Chamer Fussweg, ZugJoin me for a relaxing event on the lake! We will start with a gentle paddle out onto the lake, away from the hustle and bustle. This can be standing or sitting. Then we will make a circle and I’ll introduce you to the concept of Mindfulness, followed by instruction on how to use your senses to come to your senses and a relaxing lake meditation.
